While the kitchen size and equipment have been noted as areas for improvement, the property's warmth and overall provision make it a recommended choice for large groups and family gatherings.
The property is consistently described as clean and tidy, with several reviews highlighting its spotless condition upon arrival. A few isolated incidents regarding cleanliness were mentioned but were not reflective of the general guest experience.

The property is well-equipped for large groups, with ensuite bathrooms and a well-heated environment. However, guests have suggested improvements in kitchen equipment and maintenance issues like shower drainage and appliance instructions. These points have slightly impacted the overall satisfaction with the facilities.
Many reviews mention welcome gifts and extra touches like umbrellas and torches, which guests found considerate. However, as these gifts are subject to change and not guaranteed, they are a delightful bonus rather than an expectation for future guests.

The size of the house was brilliant for our large party and facilities were good. A useful utility area with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Our stay was for a week so these were quite important. We'd asked for highchair and travel cot and these were provided. 2 sitting rooms as well as a large dining room. The location of the house was ideal and within easy walking distance of the seafront and the town centre. On the whole the house was clean and well cared for. If I had any slight criticism at all it would be as follows. Some of the shower cubicles were a little on the small side but there's not much can be done about this. During our stay one of our party lost their reading glasses and proceeded to check down the side and back of the sofas. There were bits of paper and fluffy that had obviously been there for a while so these could do with a thorough clean out. The yale lock on the outer door was a little rickety but as there was also an inner lockable door then this didn't pose a security problem. These small things didn't detract from our stay which was very enjoyable.

Really happy with our stay and would definitely return, thank you :)

Every aspect of the house was great, but for our family the downstairs bedroom, and accessibility of the property, were the most important as my Dad has mobility problems. We wouldn't have been able to get away together without this. There is an incline from the main road up to the property but Dad's little mobility scooter managed it fine. Would definitely recommend for a large group and would stay here again.
