Bit of a mixed review as we did love the pod and hot tub, but there were also a few issues. On the first night I couldn't work the cooker as the dials were very faded, I tried calling both phone numbers given but neither got an answer. I was on my own with two children so walked to the main restaurant area and asked about it. The man was really apologetic and explained how to work it out, so can't fault him but I feel a clearer explanation printed in the pod about how to work the faded dials would have been helpful to avoid having to try and find someone. The other issue we had was overnight and into the morning there was a strong bad smell but couldn't work out where from. I kept trying to find the cause and found that under the bottom bunk mattress it was very dirty and had a strong urine type smell. My son had slept on there and complained of the smell. I texted the helpline number while out for the day as had things booked with the kids. We got back late and had no reply and no answer again when tried to call. By this point the kids just wanted to be in the hotub and not walking to restaurant to find help again so I didn't manage to report it to anyone except via text and by trying to call. We have been home 3 days now but never have had a response to the text about the smell issue, so feel there is no alternative but to write it here. Overall we did love the location, the pod, the hot tub and the first time we went and looked for help we got helpful and polite service from the man we spoke to. I feel there needs to be a better point of contact, as being a sole adult in charge of two children if we had had a serious issue this could have been a bigger problem the lack of readily available support by phone.
