Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Smart TV.  Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Travel cot and highchair.  Welcome pack. .  Enclosed patio with garden furniture.  On road parking.  No smoking. .  Ammonite House is just a short walk away from the many attractions this seafaring town boasts, including the glorious golden beach, the iconic Abbey and picturesque harbour.  This is an ideal base for families, as well as friends wishing to immerse themselves in an idyllic holiday by the sea.  With an open-plan living and dining area where you can wind down in an evening together, this is a spacious and welcoming space.  The sofas are nestled around the feature fireplace and TV, with a dining table at the opposite end of the room.  From the dining area step through into the well-equipped modern kitchen, which leads out onto a newly installed decked area with seating.  Upstairs on the first floor you have a beautifully presented double bedroom with soft luxurious bedding.  This bedroom has the bonus of a TV, so you can indulge in a long lie in with your favourite show as well as breakfast in bed.  Up to the top floor you have a pretty double room under the arched ceiling, bathed in light from the Velux windows.  There is plenty of storage for all your belongings, as well as its own TV.  This room is not suitable for children under 8 due to the stairs up to the loft. . .
