Great location and very clean accommodation. Larger bath sheet would be appreciated. Flush on toilet in main bathroom needs attention - takes 15 mins to refill. Owner/owner's daughter very accommodating and good to deal with.Great base to explore York and surrounding area. Bus stop 2 mins walk from house takes you into the centre of York.

No sign of a welcome pack others have mentioned but everything was to a high standard and the beds were so comfortable! We had 2 cars and could get both on the drive no problem. Water pressure was iffy at times but that's not the owners fault and I would definitely recommend the house to others. Lovely quiet area.
