Fabulous place, very well equipped, even for cooking Christmas dinner! The decorations made it very festive and the size of the bath was brilliant.😁We stayed here with our 2 sons and their wives. We all agreed it was one of the best places we'd stayed in.A bath mat would be appreciated. And we'd love to know where our lost bar of chocolate ended up 🤣

The house was absolutely lovely. Very well furnished, immaculately clean and had everything we needed.One minor issue was that the wood burner was out of service which was extremely disappointing as that was one of our main reasons for choosing the property.Contacted Jane (the owner) and she had it resolved by that evening which was superb service. Thanks again to you and your daughter for such a prompt response!Location was great being a 2 minute walk to the bus stop into the city centre. We didn’t use any of the local amenities but everything seemed close enough if there was anything we had needed.Overall we couldn’t fault anything and I would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

We very much enjoyed our stay, warm and welcoming, easy acces and clean and tidy. Great for days out as situated within a great distance of park and ride into York. Thanks very much
