Comfortable, clean and very well appointed cottage with plenty of room. Nice enclosed garden with a view over the fields. Good walks from the cottage and a central location for exploring both the coast and surrounding area. The owners have made it very homely with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely beautiful cottage, within gorgeous little village, a comfortable 30 minute drive back into York itself, and a stone throw away from Castle Howard. Cottage owners went above and beyond when kitting this place out, honestly such a comfortable and cosey place to stay. I would most definitely stay again

Beautiful cottage, has everything you need for your stay.Comfortable, warm, clean, what more could you want.Local pub The Grapes serves real ale and everything else.In a lovely quiet village in the middle of nowhere but still plenty of places to visit in 20-30 minutes in every direction.Will definitely be returning in the near future.
