The detached accommodation comprises a cosy bedroom with en-suite shower room, a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, large sitting room, adjoining dining area with french doors and convenient second shower room.
One of the highlights of the cottage can be found in the sitting room where the original forge with corbelled vault canopy and oak beam takes pride of place. A lovely wood burning stove sits in the hearth ready to create a cosy atmosphere when cooler winter nights draw in.
The dining area with antique wooden table and chairs features french windows that open on to a delightful cobbled patio and raised garden area. Equipped with a two person bistro set, barbecue area and handy covered store for bicycles, the private outdoor space is a fantastic spot to enjoy morning coffee in the sunshine or sit with a good book on lazy afternoons in the sunshine.

Forge Croft was beautifully presented. It was characterful & sensitively renovated to a very high standard. It was very clean & tidy with a well equipped kitchen. The croft was cosy to return to. The owners were friendly & helpful without being intrusive. The area was rural; quiet & peaceful with plenty walking opportunities. I would happily recommend the property to anyone.
