Beautiful cottage and garden with hot tub. Every amenity could want or need in the cottage. Felt like home. Cafe next door if fancy breakfast. Excellent location with York just 15 minutes away and large retail park 5 mins away. Recommend.

The Fourth Milestone Granary was a great stay. We have now stopped there on two separate occasions.The outdoor hot tub is great, and feels nice and secluded/private. The cottage is very clean, with ample kitchen space for cooking.The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean with a spacious bath/shower.The separate "movie" room is a nice touch with a dvd player which has various DVD's to choose from.The conservatory is lovely, especially in the rain, with some nice views across some fields.The hosts were very accommodating and also provided a few optional extras (fruit platter, celebration cake, etc.) which was a nice touch.Will likely book again in the future!
