The spacious living room offers plenty of seating and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring York. Two steps down lead into the Shaker-style kitchen, equipped with a gas range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. French doors open out to an enclosed patio, ideal for al fresco dining and gatherings. Adjacent to the kitchen is a stylish dining room featuring a large dining table and a breakfast bar option. French doors from the dining room also lead to the enclosed patio, ensuring a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. We had a fantastic stay with a group of friends. Everything was excellent, we generally wanted for nothing throughout our visit. The owner was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The property was a perfect base for our weekend, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. We stayed to celebrate our joint retirement, Our ages ranged from 88yrs to 2 yrs and this villa was excellent We were greeted by the hosts with a welcome gift and throughout our stay all of our needs were accommodated We were all very comfortable, we walked into the city enjoyed looking around , visited bars and restaurants and when needed My parents used taxis . We ordered food to the villa enjoyed the hot tub and sauna I would definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa Thankyou so much ❤️

Fantastic house, we stayed for my sisters hen do and the house was clean, very well presented and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The hosts were lovely and kindly greeted us on check in and wished us a good stay and gave us a bottle of Prosecco. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outside area was great room for all 14 of us to eat and sit out. I would highly recommend and would happily go back again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
