The ground floor boasts a kingsize bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a Smart TV, and an original feature fireplace, creating a cosy and elegant ambiance. The spacious living room offers plenty of seating and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring York. Two steps down lead into the Shaker-style kitchen, equipped with a gas range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. French doors open out to an enclosed patio, ideal for al fresco dining and gatherings. Adjacent to the kitchen is a stylish dining room featuring a large dining table and a breakfast bar option. French doors from the dining room also lead to the enclosed patio, ensuring a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Two steps down from the dining area, you’ll find the house bathroom, which includes a bath with a shower over it and a heated towel rail for added comfort.

I think I can speak for our whole party of 11 ladies that this was one of the most amazing stays we have ever had! 24th – 26th April 2026.From questions getting answered before our stay, being greeted on arrival by our very friendly and helpful hosts, Prosecco and homemade pakoras on our first night - they couldn't have done enough for us - thank you again for being so welcoming we will be back in the future.The property itself is immaculate and had everything we could have asked for to make our stay extra special, every pot and pan, coffee machine, robes, towels - a real home from home. Bathrooms on every floor was great for a large group and could have fit more bodies comfortably! The hot tub was gorgeous & the sauna made the stay feel that little bit more luxurious. Especially loved the decor and learning that every room was named after its wallpaper! Gorgeous pieces in every room and the bathtub was a major show piece. Wow what a wonderful house! This was perfect for our family of 12, bedrooms were spacious, plenty of bathrooms, wonderful hot tub, and every single kitchen appliance and tool you could possibly need!Great that you can park on the road outside for free, and then a nice 15 minute walk into the centre of town.Would 100% stay here again!
