Our wonderful waterview lodges are situated around one of our beautiful lakes. open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a 50" Smart TV for you to enjoy with all the family and friends. With a twin single room and a master double with en suite shower, and a main bathroom with bath/shower. Open your patio doors to your outdoor decking area, giving you breathtaking views of nature. There is also your fabulous hot tub that is designed to relax and unwind in.

Our lodges (excluding pods) are all fitted with hot tubs to give you that relaxing feeling of peace, whilst also being surrounded by nature and are the perfect spot for gazing up into the starry nights sky. With the historic city of York being only 7 miles away, there is a plethora of activities on offer. The beautiful East coast seaside towns of Scarbourgh, Bridlington and Filey are also only a short drive away.

Great directions, on arrival met by very friendly staff who gave all information required. Lodge was lovely, very clean and spacious and nice and warm on arrival. The kitchen has lots of space for storage and includes a fridge freezer, bathrooms were great and showers perfect and hot. The outside space was lovely, we had the bonus of some nice weather so sat outside with a coffee in a morning overlooking the lake and watching the wildlife. Hot tub was great and plenty big enough. Overall a great place to stay for a peaceful break, very much needed and will definitely be back

Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. My daughter was obsessed with feeding the ducks/birds and chicken (food you can buy on site) the lodge was clean and tidy. Everything we needed for our little break away
