The place was spotless! So clean and fresh, everything felt brand new. Beds were comfy and the living room area was really nice and cosy. A really lovely little cottage & the mince pies on arrival was a lovely touch. Will 100% come again!

Plenty of space for a walk in the woods, a club house offering lovely breakfasts and lunches and a snug warm cottage with everything you could need, Close to the designer outlet and park n ride into York. The owners are lovely and ready to go the extra mile, we will always be back!

Extremely clean and comfortable. My only problem was that the bath was too high for me to get into to have a shower, but I'm not very tall. Very good explanatory notes, but a few leaflets about York and the surrounding area would be helpful especially as the parking is so difficult in the city. Would definitely recommend, especially for golfers!
