Nice and warm in the colder months. Signal on the TV was a bit hit and miss, but wasn't really an issue. Great location for access into York and also a short walk to Wheldrake Woods.

Itâs in such a peaceful location just south of York. Great for exploring the area. The accommodation was excellent; very clean & comfortable. The only slight niggle we had was with the hot water, which came through as a dribble, & we couldnât quite understand the heating, but we could have asked for help on both fronts & would have if we were staying longer than 2 nights, or if it was any real issue for us. We loved the little touch of the chocolates & milk that were there on arrival too. One suggesting we had would be to add some security lights at the parking area, as it was dark walking back to the accommodation after parking. Overall we were both very impressed with the accommodation & really enjoyed our stay. Weâd recommend if you want to stay outside of the city centre.

For 2 adults and 2 children the accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed. We liked having both the breakfast bar and dining table to sit at so we could play board games! Beds were really comfortable and the shower was excellent. The location was perfect for using the park and ride to explore York.
