Fantastic. A stunning property finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend it. The facilities were spotless and top of the range. We had two young boys with us that loved playing with the train set and duplo. It exceeded all expectations and the view from the master bedroom was idyllic.

The accomodation was excellent. We have stayed in lots of cottages and this was a truly beautiful conversion. Modern and fabulous well appointed kitchen, very comfy sofa and beds and warm throughout. My son and dog loved playing in the enclosed garden. Handy to have a washing machine and utility area as well. Margaret and her family were very helpful during our stay. We were close to York, Knaresborough and Harrogate and about 1 hr 20 mins drive to Whitby and the east coast. Highly recommend as great base for exploring Yorkshire.
