No smoking.. Woodlea House is a lovely three bedroom house located on the outskirts of York city centre, where the main bus route to take you directly in to the city. This stunning house provides off street parking for up to two cars. The main bedroom has a super kingsize bed and the other two bedrooms both have a double beds, all bed linen and towels are of a hotel quality. There is also a double sofa bed in the living/dining room, providing comfortable sleeping accommodation for an extra two guests and plenty of seating for sprawling in front of the smart TV, as well as a large solid oak dining table, which is perfect to sit and enjoy a meal or a take out! The spacious fitted kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook a meal if you wish doi do so, there is also a washer and tumble dryer in the utility area. The house has a spacious outdoor garden with a decked area and is the perfect for any length of stay with friends or families.
