Located on the village green it is just 6 miles from York and close enough to the stunning North Yorkshire Moors and coast for those looking to explore further afield. An array of National Trust properties can be found close by as well as opportunities for fun-filled days out at York Maze or The Viking Centre. Also worth a visit is Dalby Forest with miles of cycle/walking trails and adventures at Go Ape. A visit to Castle Howard is a must, a great day out for all the family. York and Selby are both accessible by cycle along the cycle track.
