Dear Guests,
We wanted to inform you that we will be carrying out some essential maintenance work at the resort on the evening of 18th March 2025. To complete this, we will need to temporarily turn off the water supply from 11:00 PM in the evening onwards.
Our team will work efficiently to minimise any disruption, and we kindly ask that you avoid using taps during this time. To ensure your comfort, we will provide bottled water in your lodge upon arrival.

Pros: The lodge was amazing, I loved the underfloor heating and the veranda was positioned perfectly so it felt private but still had a lovely view. The hot tub was lovely and big.Cons:The internet connection in the lodge was terrible. We had no internet despite having strong WiFi signal for 4 days and intermittent internet connection for the rest of the visit. I had the park staff out 4 times in the week we were there. 3 times for internet (I gave up after that) and once because the boiler pressure dropped over night and shut down and there was no hot water in the morning.The hot tub was really nice, but could do with some TLC. Some of the jets weren't pumping, regardless of whether you twisted them to fully open, so certain parts of the tub didn't get bubbles and the lid had a tear in the cover.

Resort was lovely . Fantastic lodges but felt like they could do with a better clean.Shower screen was all lime scale draw in freezer all sticky from previous occupant. Quite a few cobwebs . Glasshouse Clubhouse was great lovely varanda. Would go back had a great weekend.
