Haller House, a traditional, three-bedroom holiday home resting in the heart of Ballycastle, a seaside town in County Antrim. With off-road parking, an open fire and close to amenities, Haller House is ideal for six guests. On entering the property, you are welcomed into the kitchen/diner to enjoy your home cooked foods around the dining table for six. Beyond here is the room for lounging in as a family and watching movies, whilst keeping toasty by the roaring open fire. Upstairs, you will find three intimate bedrooms, including two double bedrooms, and a twin bedroom, while the bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower and free-standing bathtub, a welcome convenience after a day of adventures. Ballycastle is a stunning, little town with a pretty harbour, only a short walk from The Boyd Arms, Anzac Bar, and The Coast Inn, all worth a visit. Don't miss out on paying a visit to Thyme and Co or Ursa Minor for a midday coffee and bite to eat. Whilst staying at the abode, take advantage of the town by taking a trip to Causeway Indoor Swimming pool, for a splash of fun, Seafront Marina, to spot some boats, and of course, visit the fantastic beach. A short drive will bring you to Giant's Causeway, the iconic world heritage site, ideal for avid walkers, Dunseverick Castle, to dust up on some local history, and Cushendall or Bushfoot Golf Club, for pro golfers. Further afield is Antrim Coast and Glens, an area of outstanding natural beauty, you can visit fast flowing rivers and explore the wildlife, adventure out to find the hidden village of Galboly, and grab a bite to eat at Laragh Lodge Restaurant. Ballycastle is a fantastic destination and touring base while staying in Northern Ireland and was named the best place to live in Northern Ireland in a list compiled by The Sunday Times in 2016. Placed on the Antrim coast, on a clear day you can see Mull of Kintyre of Scotland off in the distance as well as Rathlin Island which you can get a ferry to. From Ballycastle you can travel in either direction along the coast and see stunning scenery. The town is home to a golf course, a Blue Flag beach and a range of local shops and eateries for you to try out. The local area also offers the likes of Fair Head, Murlough Bay and Kinbane Castle for you to visit. With easy access to other popular locations such as Portrush, the Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, the Bushmills Distillery and Belfast, Ballycastle is ideal for those who want to pack as much into their trip as possible.
