Guests say

15 Waters Edge is a well-received cottage with stunning sea views, praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent facilities, including a games room and streaming services. The property is ideally located for seaside walks and exploring nearby towns. Guests have enjoyed the thoughtful touches, such as a welcome pack, and have often rebooked, indicating a high level of satisfaction.

The majority of guests have reported the property to be spotless and immaculately clean, contributing to a very positive impression. However, a few guests mentioned issues with shower cleanliness and wear on towels, slightly affecting the overall perception.

The location is consistently praised for its beautiful sea views and proximity to local attractions, making it an ideal spot for guests looking to enjoy the coastal scenery and nearby towns.

Guests find the property comfortable, with special mentions of the beds and the separate sitting room. Some concerns were raised about the condition of the sofas and dining chairs, suggesting room for improvement.

Facilities are generally regarded as excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen and entertainment options. However, reports of faulty showers, broken furniture, and unavailable games room due to storage indicate some maintenance issues.

While guests have appreciated welcome packs and the personal touch from the host, there are not enough reviews explicitly mentioning gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

There was nothing that could be faulted in any way. The views from the windows were stunning with it being on the sea front. The rooms were all very well furnished and the decor immaculate. The kitchen had all the utensils you would want. We had a wonderful stay and Banff was a great base to explore the area. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

A lovely modern house with all the comforts of home. Well equipped for our needs. Spacious and bright decor. Great sea views from the front of the property. One minor gripe - the dining room chairs were not very comfortable - far too springy/bouncy. Whenever they come up for renewal I'd recommend something a little more stable!
