With sea views over Boyndie Bay this is a cosy semi-detached holiday property set at the end of a cul de sac, yet within easy reach of Banff’s good facilities. The patio doors in the living room and the picture windows in the main bedroom make this a stunning location, and the private sitting-out area looks onto a coastal path alongside the property. Guided tours are available, where you can take in the architectural highlights. Inverboyndie and Banff Bay, two of Scotland’s finest beaches are within walking distance. Enjoy a boat trip to experience the dolphins, excellent golf at Duff House and Macduff and the Whisky trail, these are all highlights of this part of Scotland. Shop, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

We had a lovely week staying in Ocean View. The place itself looks rather small when you arrive but that is not the case. The rooms were both a good size as was the kitchen, bathroom and lounge. The photos just don't do it justice. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need.And that view!!!! The name is bang on - the view is spectacular and we spent a lot of our time sitting out and enjoying the view. I'm already missing the view.

The views are absolutely stunning over the bay and towards Whitehills which I feel is why this is listed as a 4 star property on Cottages.com. Situated in a quite residential cul-de-sac which makes for a peaceful relaxing break. Location is ideal for exploring local areas and the Moray coastal trail.The property was clean and warm, that said, the interior is pretty dated (decor and furniture) and feel it could benefit from some modern touches to make it even more comfortable and in keeping with a 4 star property on Cottages.com. In particular, upgrading the mattress and pillows in the master bedroom would make a big difference to the quality of sleep and overall experience. The property size was ideal for the two of us, but I would imagine if 4 people were staying you might feel a little cramped in the living area etc especially given the furniture size and layout.
