We had a lovely stay at the cottage. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very cosy — the kind of place you immediately feel at home in.The shower and steam room were a real highlight, absolutely fantastic and very relaxing after a day out. The surroundings are beautiful too, peaceful and scenic, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable.A great place to unwind — we’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend it.

A Coastal Masterpiece – Spotless, Stylish, and Soaking Wet (In a Good Way!)We recently stayed at Coast Away Cottage and were blown away by the attention to detail. The cleanliness was second to none; the place was absolutely pristine from top to bottom. The decor is beautifully curated, striking that perfect balance between modern style and cozy coastal charm. The highlights for us:The Sleep Factor: The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms feel so cozy you might find it hard to leave them in the morning. The Caffeine Fix: As coffee lovers, we really appreciated the excellent selection of pods provided for the machine—a small touch that made a big difference. The Steam Room: This was a total game-changer. After a long, bracing winter walk along the stunning local beaches with the dog, being able to thaw out in the steam room was pure luxury.Practicality: Plenty of off-street parking made arrivals and departures stress-free.If you’re looking for a dog-friendly retreat that doesn't compromise on quality, this is it!

Beautiful cottage very nicely decorated, spotless and well equipped. Several local beaches within 10 minute drive. Bit cold this time of year but just wrap up well. We made full use of the log burner which made it very cosy and the Christmas decorations added a lovely touch. The village is small but local Chinese take away was very good as was the ice cream shop. Larger stores in Fraserburgh have everything you could need and a few craft/boutique shops and we were also there at the right time for the small Christmas stalls on the High Street. Very relaxing and peaceful time enjoyed by us and the 2 dogs.
