Be welcomed into the living/dining room with cushioned seats and an inglenook fireplace hosting a woodburning stove, enticing you to snuggle up with a good book or a film on the TV with DVD player. Just next door is a kitchen sure to please any budding chef with an electric double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine. When dinner's prepared, dine at the table for six or set up in the sunroom to enjoy spectacular views, come rain or shine! The handy utility hosts a washer, dryer and hanging space to freshen up your walking gear after rambling through the grounds, followed by a hot shower in the ground-floor shower room. Ardfern is a scenic coastal village on Scotland's Craignish Peninsula, in the magnificent and dramatic Argyll region. Ardfern is an ancient village with evidence of inhabitants reaching back to 600 AD, when St Columba's contemporaries lived here, as well as a wrecked church on the Peninsula dating from the 12th century. Today, the community has a pub, a shop, a craft centre, a tea room, and a huge marina, all of which are conveniently located for sailing off the west coast.
