We had a lovely week despite the poor scottish weather!! the cottage is lovely and clean throughout and was lovely to wake up to the sound of the water. Lovely beach right outside cottage and great walks for the dog. Only disappointment was the poor communication about the cottage being pet friendly. We booked at short notice and after booking we received communication that the dog had to sleep in the back kitchen and not allowed upstairs. Our dog has free run of our house so we needed to adapt the dog's sleeping arrangements. We are not quibbling about the pet arrangements at the cottage but these should have been upfront in the cottage description, we would have seen them and not booked this cottage.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location. The house was cosy and warm, with everything we needed.

A beautiful, well-appointed house in a spectacularly lovely location, it can't be faulted - just as enjoyable now as it was when we stayed 25 years back
