The garden is overgrown & poorly maintained with dog mess everywhere & if you have a large car the offroad parking is tight

Only minor point for attention is the gate to park your car requires a latch to keep it open as it swings back on it,so own .My wife had to hold it open to enable me to get the car inside.An individual would have no chance.Plus only a small car can maneuver into the space.
