Kirkdale was ideal for our extended family holiday. Lots of rooms to enable adults or children to have their own space. The dining room was big enough to accommodate everyone and cooking on the Aga was no problem. The entrance to the parking area is narrow and angled and best entered from Kirkton end of road if you have a longer car.

Kirkdale was perfect for our recent MTB holiday and served as a fantastic base to explore the area.The accommodation is clean, well equipped, and comfortable. It has retained many of its period features, and you must expect the beautiful old house to show its age.There is ample parking; we had two cars and a VW Transporter van parked in the driveway without any issue.Next time we visit this part of Scotland, we will definitely consider staying again.
