Tredegar was comfortable and good value for money. The size and comfort of the lounge was great. The kitchen could have done with more saucepans and cooking equipment but otherwise was fine. The site was well kept with a lovely little playground where the children tended to gather and play. It is a short walk to Newton Stewart which has three supermarkets and also cafes and other shops. There isn’t a good view from the site but it is very convenient for walking to facilities.Having an EV charger on site was also extremely useful for us.

Helpful, available staff on site. We found it very quiet . Convenient for the shops and town plus supermarkets. Newton Stewart is in a good position all round for visiting the area. Hotel nearby for evening if required and huge play area for kids next to it. RSPB site nearby.
