Most guests found the house spacious and comfortable, though a few mentioned uncomfortable beds and outdated bedding. Overall, comfort was generally satisfactory for the majority.

    Very good overall.

We felt the holiday home requires updating. Dinning room seats need replaced, bedding needs replacing. Stain on mattress in double front room .Kitchen utensils, cups , glasses pots ect, all need replacing. Garden furniture needs updating. Cigarette ends and Cigarette ash around hot tub . The games room is not fit for purpose, dark, damp and dinghy, I would not be happy letting kids in there. With a bit of modernisation , decorating and replacement of worn items this would be a gem of a holiday home , and I don't think it would cost a lot to put it right. I hope this constructive opinion is taken in good faith . We love this part of Scotland and visit two to three times a year.. it is our first visit to Kinvara.
