Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. A beautiful holiday cottage that was completely refurbished to a good standard throughout in 2020. The cottage dates back to the 16th century and has stunning views over the countryside and over the banks of the River Tyne where there are walks to the local villages of East Linton and Haddington,which has a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The property has a spacious open plan living/dining room with solid wooden floors and a wood burner, there is a very well-equipped kitchen with a good level of appliances. There is a kingsize bedroom and a twin bedroom, both served by a shower room with a double shower cubicle. Outside there is a private enclosed rear garden and a barbecue area. Beach 10 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

A beautiful cottage, just as you'd imagine it.Everything is in excellent condition and as clean as you could hope for. Great beds and a small, cozy kitchen with everything you need.The cottage is located on a farm and is surrounded by a small garden with flowers everywhere.The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful people; their two dogs and their cat are just begging to be petted—you’ll hardly want to leave.Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

Abbeymill Farm Cottage is in a great location and makes for a very comfortable base to explore East Lothian from. Its a beautiful area with lots going on and for 2 people Abbeymill Farm Cottage was a perfect venue for our accomodation for the week.
