Our stay was fantastic. Goodie boxes for ourselves and our puppy! Everything thought of! So lovely not to have to think about things like condiments, towels, firewood etc. Very helpful owners. Beautiful views, plenty open space, immaculately clean cabin. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.Thank you for an amazing stay for our son's 18th birthday.

We had a lovely week at the Stag Log. On arrival, it turned out there had been a mix-up with the lodges. But that was sorted out straight away. We were even given a cake to make up for the inconvenience. We got on just fine in the cottage. Personally, I would have liked to have had a sturdy bowl in the kitchen, but we managed with the salad bowl. We really enjoyed the hot tub. It was lovely, every evening with a view of the setting sun. What a treat. Is there nothing to criticise, then? For us tall people, the shower and the doorway to the veranda were a bit on the low side. My husband, at 1.95m, couldn’t fit under the shower head. He got wet and bumped his head quite often, but that’s also because he wasn’t paying attention, of course.We’d love to come back again

This is an outstanding holiday home and is one of the best we have stayed in. Has everything and more that you need for a great stay. The location is perfect and views are fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend. Hope to return one day.
