This is a fantastic location for visiting St Andrews, shopping, history seeking and golf lovers.
Recently refurbished throughout in 2022 to a very good standard, it has a large and bright living room with plenty of room for the family to gather in and relax after a day of exploring. Downstairs are two bedrooms offering a choice of a kingsize bed or twin beds. Along the hallway is a modern shower room - very handy for those choosing the downstairs bedrooms. The kitchen, which is spacious and very modern, leads out to the fully enclosed paved garden area where you will find a private hot tub and fantastic seating areas to sit and relax in on long summer evenings. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, both with comfortable kingsize beds. The upstairs shower room is modern and spacious and has a lovely walk-in shower.
This house is perfect for families and friends looking to get together and enjoy the surrounding area. There is so much to see and do all within easy reach of this lovely large house.

We had a great time at Rumpy’s celebrating a few special birthdays. The house was lovely inside and well equipped too. We spent a few days in the hot tub which was fab and the robes & slippers were a great touch. The house is well situated for exploring Fife and Cellardyke’s tidal pool is worth seeing even if you don’t go in. Having St Andrews only a short drive away and award winning chip shops on your doorstep is always a bonus!! A wee shout out to Eileen Wood, beauty therapist, who just made our weekend perfect.
