Located in the heart of attractive rural Fife, this semi-detached holiday cottage enjoys a peacefully setting. In the grounds of the owner’s home, guests have access to the large garden with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. Nether Kinneddar Lodge Cottages were originally a coach house and stable and have been renovated to a very good standard providing spacious, contemporary accommodation. They are ideal for relaxing with friends and family and enjoying the area and all it has to offer.

The surrounding countryside has outdoor activities to suit all tastes. Nearby Saline has a 9-hole golf course and there are courses in Dunfermline, Kinross, Muckhart, Milnathort and Gleneagles - the world-renowned championship golf course is 21 miles away. Knockhill Racing Circuit is just over 6 miles away. There is fishing on nearby lochs and reservoirs, and a nature reserve at Loch Leven. Saline Hill and Glen, and the nearby Ochil and Cleish Hills are ideal for walking and mountain bikes. The Falkirk Wheel and Kelpies, Stirling and Dunfermline are all less than an hours drive. If you have been watching the epic TV series ’Outlander’ then there are several filming locations within easy driving distance from the cottage; Culross is only 5 miles away and was the fictional village of ’Cranesmuir’, Doune Castle which became ’Castle Leoch’ is within 20 minutes’ drive to name a few. The nearby M90 provides fast access to Perth and Edinburgh. Beach 5 miles. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

    Incredible place, lovely people, beautiful area and not too far from Dunfermline. Definitely recommend to visit as very cosy with everything you need and more

    Paul met us showed us around. everything we needed was available plus a lovely welcome hamper. The cottage is served by a dedicated cleaner and the place was spotles. We will visit again.
