This traditional farmhouse, converted into four cottages, offers spacious accommodation and is situated on a working farm of over 200 acres with woodland walks direct from the door. This semi-detached holiday property is only a short drive from Paisley and Glasgow, with museums, gardens, art galleries, superb shopping, restaurants, entertainment and night life. Also, it is only 35 miles away from Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park, one of Scotland’s most picturesque areas with excellent outdoor activities to be enjoyed, including walking, cycling, golf, fishing, pony trekking and water sports. Ayrshire with its stunning coastline, sandy beaches and historic sites is nearby and the islands of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae make for a great day out. The historic cities of Edinburgh and Stirling can be reached in an hour. Beach 17½ miles. Shop 4½ miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Lovely farmhouse, rural location, great walks and beaches nearby for the dogs. Hosts very friendly everything you would like for a quiet long weekend.

We had a lovely stay at the Farmhouse, so cosy and warm with woodland walk ideal for our dogs. The owner and his family where lovely, so friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to returning as an ideal base not just to visit our family but to explore the surrounding countryside too.

Really enjoyed our time just a shame that the pub wasn't walkable however wrong time of year and really loved spending nights in so overall brilliant. Catered so well for dogs with a private set of fields for them to explore safely off lead!
