This holiday home is set in a small estate, within the Cairngorm National Park occupying a quiet position just 10 minutes from the heart of Aviemore. Extended to include dining/sun room, it has a south-facing terrace overlooking parkland, heather and birch trees. Superb walking and climbing in the Cairngorm Mountain Range with skiing in season. Fishing and golf locally. Shops, selling all kinds of sports equipment, and pub 500 yards.

This was the 1st time my husband and I had stayed in Aviemore as a location in Scotland. The cottage, bungalow was lovely, everything you need in a very quiet location and the views at the back made the whole week relaxing.The Town has everything you need Aldi, Tesco, other local shops, there's even a coop not to far away.The owner stayed in touch regular via email and nothing was to much trouble.Will definitely return in the future and highly recommend

A Lovely bungalow in a fantastic location with a short walking distance to town centre or leisurely woodland walks. Views are amazing to wake up to every morning too. House is well equipped with everything needed for a weeks stay and a bonus we could store our bikes in the garage too! We have recommended to our friends and family and would definitely book again!
