This holiday home is set in a small estate, within the Cairngorm National Park occupying a quiet position just 10 minutes from the heart of Aviemore. Extended to include dining/sun room, it has a south-facing terrace overlooking parkland, heather and birch trees. Superb walking and climbing in the Cairngorm Mountain Range with skiing in season. Fishing and golf locally. Shops, selling all kinds of sports equipment, and pub 500 yards.

We have had a fabulous stay at Birch Tree Cottage! The location is fantastic, lovely and peaceful, with spectacular views of the mountains, but within walking distance of aviemore centre! The cottage was spotless, with everything you needed for a home from home feel! We loved the sun room, we spent time in there building a jigsaw on a very snowy day. The beds are super comfy, we all slept very well! I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone that would like explore the area!

Our second visit to Birch Tree Cottage - very relaxing and comfortable with great views to the Cairngorms. Ten minutes walk to all amenities.Highly recommended.
