Guests say

Cairnie View is a well-regarded cottage in Aviemore, appreciated for its cleanliness, prime location, and the recent addition of a cinema room. Guests enjoy the proximity to local attractions and the warmth of the property, despite some noting the lounge could be cosier and the hot tub needing attention.

The property is generally described as clean, with one review specifically noting cleanliness. However, the mention of bits in the hot tub suggests room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its beauty and convenience for exploring the highlands, with easy access to the town and local areas.

Mixed feedback on comfort, with some guests finding the house comfortable and others suggesting the lounge lacks comfort. The warmth of the property is a plus.

Facilities are well-received, especially the new cinema room. However, the need to purchase tea towels and the limited parking are drawbacks.

There is no mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

It was ok... just ok. Area is beautiful and we had an excellent time at the location but the house is feeling very tired. The cinema room is a little newer but that just made up for the lounge which we didnt find the most comfortable. We had to buy tea towels as there were none. The hot tub might have saved it but there were bits floating in it each time we used it so wasnt an excellent experience. We had plenty of room, except the tiny bathroom and we were nice and warm so that was a plus.

Absolutely loved staying here, perfect location to explore the highlands and the most beautiful surroundings. A short walk to beautiful surrounds. The house itself was clean with everything you could need and more.
