Lovely, spacious and clean flat with amazing views from the living room. The area was quiet and away from the busy areas of Aviemore, but an easy short drive to the shops.The only slight drawbacks were the fact that, as the flat is on the 2nd floor, the windows did not open fully so the rooms were very warm in the heat wave (26 degrees). I'm sure it would be great in the colder weather. Also the noise from the nearby A9 at the back of the house can be a bit disturbing if you like to keep bedroom windows open.Not enough to put us off and we'd hope to return soon.

This is my second stay at Caledonia View and it was just as good as the first time. The flat is super clean, has all the equipment you need, particularly in the kitchen, including a coffee machine plus a utility room with washer/dryer. The sofa is so comfy, the views of the mountains from the living room is gorgeous, beds are super comfy, the bathroom (plus ensuites) so big with endless hot water and there is so much space in the flat! The apartment building is really quiet, parking is plentiful and Aviemore town centre is walking distance with great shops, restaurants (recommend Delaney's) and there are a number of supermarkets for supplies. It is one of my favourite places to stay as it's so comfortable so will definitely be coming back!
