With an open plan living space, three double bedrooms and and one twin bedroom, this property also has a shower room and a bathroom and is ideally suited to families. It is also dog friendly and has its own garden. Golf, fishing and horse riding are all within 5 miles.

Great cottage and location. The enclosed back garden was great for sitting out and children to run about and play, as was the playpark next doorVery modern and clean cottageOnly reason i did not give it five stars all way through was there were no storage to hang clothes also no welcome pack.Apart from that it is a great place to stay

This could have been 5* across the board as it's a beautiful property, clean, comfy beds etc - but. The Sky (and therefore TV) didn't work, contacted 3 times, no action (previous visitors also had the same issue). NO HANGING - other than 6 coat hooks in the hallway, NOTHING. Nowhere to hang any towels in all 3 baths/toilets (and the house could sleep up to 8 !) - and nowhere to hang anything in the 4 bedrooms - just towel rails in toilets and a pole of some sort in the beds would have done. The house downstairs is cold, the info pack doesn't mention it has underfloor heating, which never seemed to work (and previous visitors had complained) - 3 electric heaters supplied in the cupboard (but only 2 worked) and it was a cold week ! The info pack could do with updating and more info/detail being added, and just to note the washing machine is part of the campsite facilities. This could be so amazing with just a few weeks, and someone taking responsibility. Sometimes I wonder if the owners ever stay and test drive their lets.

Arrived and advised our holiday had been cancelled despite paying £90 additional fee, apartment hadn’t been cleaned, caravan reception despite being a separate business sorted that out brilliantly. However owner ignored subsequent t/calls and messages from us that tv wasn’t working no sky or aerial signal, no welcome pack as stated so no basics provided i.e 3 toilets and no toilet roll. Washing machine is in description for the kitchen but in actual fact you have to pay to use the caravan parks laundry room!
