The accommodation is exceptional and decorated to a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved relaxing in the hot tub on an evening after a busy day exploring. The kids loved the highland cows. The Lodge was spotlessly clean, we can not fault it at all. David was very warm and welcoming and thanknyou very much for the buscuurs and sconesl on arrival.

We loved every second of our stay, and can't wait to return! The accommodation was utterly spotless throughout, with a lovely welcome pack waiting for us. It's the perfect distance from Inverness - not too close, yet not so far that it's a mission to get there. There are also plenty of amenities in Dingwall, which is about a 10-15 minute drive away. The hot tub was amazing. Don't forget to request it prior to your arrival. I forgot to do that, but David was so accommodating and made sure it was available for us. The hot tub was cleaned, filled, chlorinated, and tested prior to our using it, for added peace of mind. It was amazing to relax in the hot, bubbling water and watch the sun setting over a backdrop of mountains and the Cromarty Firth. We also loved the company of Taffy and Suzie in the field nearby. We spent every evening outside, watching the bats flying around the area during sunset. Our days were mostly spent out and about, exploring as much of Scotland as we could. On the odd day we weren't out exploring, we found the Larches a great place to simply relax, unwind and do literally nothing. We highly recommend the Dolphin Spirit Inverness boat trip out on the Moray Firth. We were so lucky to see a pod of dolphins! The only negative was that we had to leave on our last day!

A very comfortable, clean lodge with plenty of space in beautiful surrounding countryside. The only suggestions would be having some lamps available, particularly in the bedrooms, and more than one dish towel for a week’s stay. It would be good to have the hot tub included in the price or at least more obvious in the website that it has to be booked in advance. Apart from that, a great holiday.
