Beautiful lodge in a perfectly stunning location overlooking Nevis. Clean, warm & well equipped, the perfect base for a very relaxing holiday! The sauna is super, too. We really hope to return next year. Thanks again to Lynore for her hospitality.

The lodge is very nicely furnished, comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. A great location for glen walking, mountain walking or kayaking. Just a few miles from Fort William for shopping, boat trips and eating out. We had a wonderful holiday enjoying the peace and tranquility at the lodge, watching blue tits, chaffinches, robins, dunnocks and great tits at the bird feeder. We also saw ducks on the river and two deer from the lodge veranda. We kayaked on Loch Lochy, Loch Oich, Loch Eilt, walked part of the Great Glen Way. We also booked a day sea kayaking from Arisaig with Rockhopper Sea Kayaking, an amazing day. We also did the Loch Linnhe 2 hour seal boat trip. Lynore the owner was really lovely too and we would recommend Burnside Lodge as an absolutely perfect place to stay.
