This place is an absolute gem. The welcome pack and the lovey welcome from our host was second to none.Nothing was too much trouble for her and we were made to feel most welcome. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is about 14 miles from the nearest shop so stock up before you arrive, but the lovely lady who owns the property and lives next door offered to get us any shopping when she was in town. What this cottage lacks in local amenities is more than made up for in the spectacular views and local wildlife. We saw deer, seals, otter and a wide array of birds. If your looking for a totally chilled break then this is the place to come. You could use it as a base to explore the area but we spent most of our week enjoying the views and the wildlife. One of the best places we have stayed and we will definitely be returning
