Wonderful accommodation in a fantastic location, Alice is the most kind host, makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. Loved our visits to the veranda from the ducks. If you want peace and quiet and a chilled holiday, this is the place. Definitely going to be booking again.

Third year here and we’ve booked to come back next year, so that says it all. Alice is the most wonderful host and beautiful human being, nothing is too much trouble for her and she really makes our stay such an amazing one.Wildlife viewings from the cottage are fabulous. From Golden Eagles to Sea Eagles, Red Squirrels, Roe Deer, Seals coming in and out with the tide, a glimpse of a Porpoise, beautiful array of little birds on the bird table plus woodpecker and ducks. The views are beautiful aswell.Alice has everything you need in the cottage, big comfy bed, beautifully clean and the veranda overlooking the sea loch is just perfect. We choose this cottage because of the quiet location, no local shop or pubs, but we stock up on our way in at the big supermarket and M&S in Fort William, make use of the big freezer, so we can just relax at the cottage for days.We don’t use the Corran ferry, the road from there to the cottage is very narrow and winding, so our tip is to go through Fort William. Days out - Mallaig, honestly to get a parking spot in the car park.Beaches by the golf course near Arrasaig are stunning plus there is a toilet.Fort William parking, we use Middle St, it’s just behind the little Tescos on the high st, £3 for 3 hours.
