Five individually arranged bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests, with three shower rooms and flexible sleeping arrangements making the property particularly well suited to multigenerational gatherings.
Outside, the private walled garden offers plenty of space to enjoy the fresh Highland air, with fruit trees, roses and a covered seating area. A barbecue, fire pit and al fresco dining table for ten set the scene for long afternoons and evenings spent together.

With Loch Laggan nearby, it's an excellent base for outdoor adventures, from scenic walks and wildlife watching to mountain biking, fishing and watersports.
The surrounding area offers plenty to discover, with the lively Highland town of Fort William known as the UK's outdoor capital and home to Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain. The nearby villages of Newtonmore and Kingussie offer traditional pubs, independent shops and a taste of Highland life, while Aviemore is a popular destination for skiing, hiking and family-friendly activities.
Closer to home, guests can explore the spectacular trails of Creag Meagaidh National Nature Reserve, enjoy mountain biking at Laggan Wolftrax or take in the scenery around Loch Laggan. Despite its peaceful rural setting, the cottage is accessible by road, with Tulloch railway station approximately 20 minutes away by car.
