Nice and clean. Could have used more keys.

Easy to find & access the property. Provided space & comfort for the two of us. Comfortable beds. Would benefit from a few more kitchen utensils/cutlery/crockery/cooking items- but it didn’t stop our enjoyment of the stay.

At first impression, the apartment was surprisingly nice, modern, new, and fairly clean. The location is very central, and the living room is very spacious with a very comfortable sofa. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you might need. There are two large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and both had modern, very comfortable beds. Check-in was easy with the keys directly in the locker. Then:First of all, the hob wouldn’t work. It kept showing an “E” error code. This wasn’t due to operator error — there was clearly a technical issue. The shower in the main bathroom was unusable; both knobs (the one to turn the water on and the one to control the temperature) were broken, so we couldn’t use it. Fortunately, there was a second shower in the ensuite bathroom, although that one was severely clogged and the water barely drained. I had to remove the plug myself and clean out a huge amount of hair trapped in the drain! Also, there was no toilet brush in the ensuite bathroom. In the bedrooms, there were two alarm clocks that were extremely loud at night, so we had to take the batteries out just to sleep. Under the beds there was a lot of dust. Check-in at 4 PM and checkout at 10 AM also felt unfair — moving check-in to 3 PM and checkout to 11 AM would make more sense. Finally, I understand this is a flat and not a hotel, but providing a small bottle of shower gel and shampoo would be a nice touch. It’s very inconvenient to have to go buy these for a short stay, knowing most of it will go to waste. Similarly, in the kitchen, besides tea and coffee pods, it would have been helpful to have some basic cooking staples like oil, salt, and a few extra sugar packets. Some napkins would also have been appreciated.Overall, the experience was positive, and with a few small improvements it could have been perfect. However, given the high price, I felt it was a bit too expensive for what was offered — if these small amenities had been provided, it might have felt more justified.
