We had the most wonderful holiday in Shoreside cottage, and would recommend it to everyone: the cottage itself was just perfect for 4 guests. We wanted for nothing. The view from the living-room window will stay with us for a long time. So beautiful! Apart from all the happy birds, we spotted otters (regularly) and porpoises in the loch. The hide was a surprising bonas, and where we sat and had our tea and coffee each morning (the views and the silence reducing us also to silence). The surrounding area is stunning: * Lower Diabaig* The Applecross penisula (coming down the Bealach na Ba: WOW)* If you can, use the Glenelg ferry to Skye (wonderful). We would also recommend the Glenelg inn.* Skye speaks for itself, really. ;)* Eilean Donan castle, so beautiful - always worth a visitLast but not least, the warm and friendly welcome we received - and knowing they were there if there was anything we needed. Lovely people.Best wishes,Roslyn

Fantastic private location with outstanding views, making a perfect base for exploring mountains in the area. The cottage was very comfortable and very well equipped, and the hosts very welcoming and kind.
