Guests say

Tigh-An-Achaidh is a charming cottage praised for its beautiful location and cosy fireplace. Guests appreciate its well-equipped kitchen and delightful garden with loch views. It's an ideal base for active holidays and exploring the West coast, including Skye. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall experience is one of a homely and comfortable retreat.

There are no specific comments regarding cleanliness, so it's not possible to provide a score.

The cottage is beautifully situated with loch views, close to the Isle of Skye, and is easy to find, making it an ideal spot for exploring the local area.

The cottage is described as a home away from home, with a cosy fireplace that adds warmth and comfort. However, a mention of the lack of central heating suggests room for improvement.

The property is well-equipped, but there are mentions of minor issues with the kitchen and bathroom facilities, and a problem with the cooker hob. The lack of kerbside recycling is also noted.

No reviews mention gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the host, so it's not possible to provide a score.

The cottage was great. The woodburner made it a home from home. Without the woodburner this Cottage could be cold but the plentiful wood store makes it fine. Highly recommend 👌

We had a lovely holiday. The house was lovely also but I would have given it a five star rating if it had central heating and brighter decor although the log fire was my favourite part of the house it made the sitting room very comfortable
