We had a great stay at Faodail. Really good location and the property was spotless. We do agree with previous comments regarding absence of blinds which would have been convenient to close at night time but that's personal preference. Also we could have done with an airer to hang clothes and coats which aren't able to be tumble dried. There was an issue with overflowing bins but a message to Megan and it was sorted. All in all a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic few days staying at Faodail the view from the lounge window is magnificent of Portree bay we were here for a family wedding and took lovely photos of us all before we left thank you we will be back

The only issue with the property was our first impressions. 1. As we pulled up all the external bins were overflowing; having had a quick exchange with the property manager she said they were having problems - to do our best - and cleaner would sort. To be honest that’s not good enough. Passing the issue onto cleaners takes cleaners ability to do their job away from them Many holiday let landlords use private bin contractors. Not difficult to solve2. We understood a Welcome Pack (WP) would be provided. On entering we saw a straw filled box - resplendent with 6 coffee pods, a pen and the Information Pack (IP)The manager claimed the IP was the WP. Found it almost laughable. If no WP is going to be provided then don’t insult customers.
