surprised the reviews dating back to 2024 have not been addressed. grouped property - we were greeted by 5 cars and not a parking space! the other people continually walked past our windows! the washing machine is in the main house!!the so called enclosed garden is on the front of the property to the road. the furnishings, carpets need a deep clean.. the bathroom floor was dirty, the kitchen floor is a hazzard. the bed needs replacing! the bed linen needs replacing and the pillow protectors and matress protector were stained yellow and stains!!!! no welcome pack milk etc or card! we travelled for 2 days and walked into a stale damp cottage with a smell of neglect, very tired needs an update and a deep clean! such a shame when it could be one of the best - not worth the money very disappointed and upset - seriously would like compensation - photos and description of facilities are misrepresented. your company needs to look and revaluate! the owner was quite plain with words.

Apart for two areas of damp in the bathroom the Cottage was a very good option for us as people of a certain age. A problem in the the bathroom was fixed by the owner within two hours, very impressive.
