This lovely family house sits in a secluded position down a quiet lane on the outskirts of Blairgowrie. At the rear of this detached house, you can sit out in the mature landscaped gardens, which slope down to a small stream, and while away the afternoon, enjoy dining al fresco or relax in the hot tub. Perfect for families of all ages, the living/dining room overlooks the sunny gardens, and makes the ideal spot to settle down with a good book.
The house is in peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to all of the local amenities this lively market town has to offer. Blairgowrie is flanked by rolling hills and is the gateway to Glenshee, Scotland’s largest ski centre. Within the town is a championship golf course at Rosemount and with good variety of shops and tea rooms. The world’s tallest hedge at nearby Meiklour is worth a visit and the cities of Perth and Dundee, with the V and A Museum nearby, have much to interest guests. Glamis Castle and Scone Palace are within easy reach, or for the wildlife lover, a visit to Loch of the Lowes may reward you with a glimpse of an otter or osprey. Cycling, fishing and tennis are all available nearby, as well as excellent walking in the Angus Glens. Beach 23¾ miles. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

Me and my family had a really nice holiday, there were 6 of us but the house is really spacious so it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Garden was lovely and the hot tub and games room are really nice features. The decor/ furniture are dated and have seen better days but you can see that the owners are trying to update as the bathrooms and kitchen are much more modern and updated. I think this was reflected slightly in the price. Would definitely stay again.

We have just got back from a fab holiday here; me, my husband, our son (19) and his partner (20). On the whole, the house is great, it's spacious and so we weren't tripping over each other, and our son and his partner loved the hot tub and games room. It's warm and comfortable, and has everything you need for a good stay. It's in a fairly good location too with a decent pub a minutes walk away. The garden is so peaceful, and I enjoyed walking round it and also enjoyed watching the birds. The only downside is that an eye needs casting over the place, because there's things need replacing like chipped crockery and glassware.

We had a great time, great location for exploring Blairgowrie and the local area.Kids loved the games room which kept them occupied on an evening.Hot tub was great to relax in although could do with a little more lighting for the pathway to it.Definitely a great place and one we would definitely book again
