But n Ben is next to the owners property along with others, it is a well equipped little cottage for 2 people very well equipped in a wooded setting just 2 miles from Dunkeld. The owners Leslie and Heather a lovely couple made us welcome along with Tessie their dog. They were never intrusive but there if we needed them, we had a lovely week with great weather ( 17th to 24th July). There are lovely walks in the area, the Hermitage being one including one from the door. We saw red squirells, heron and deer there are also beavers in the area which we never managed to see ( maybe on our next visit) but could see where they had gnawed at the trees.Dunkeld is a nice little place and has plenty going on with a few hotels/bars, bakeries along with a co-op and other places. it is handy to travel to nearby towns like Pitlochry and Blairgowrie for supplies. We had a lovely stay in this area and look forward to staying at this cottage or a larger one that they have and to seeing Leslie and Heather again

Thank you, Heather and Leslie, for a fantastic stay. First-class, clean accommodation in a quiet country setting with plenty of wildlife around, including beavers building dams. If you enjoy walks, they start just outside the front door. The pictures you see on the booking site are exactly what you get. We will book again.
