Enjoying a peaceful setting within the picturesque village of Blair Atholl, Wee Ben has been furnished and equipped to a good standard to ensure as comfortable and relaxing holiday as possible, and it makes a perfect base for exploring this beautiful part of Scotland. Set in the unspoilt heart of Perthshire, Blair Atholl, boasts a number of amenities including the spectacular Blair Castle (the only castle protected by the last private army in the United Kingdom) and the Atholl Country Life Museum, and a working watermill with a cafe. All well worth visiting. Explore the surrounding Glen Tilt and the nearby town of Pitlochry, which hosts the Festival Theatre and The Enchanted Forest, where you can experience spectacular imagery, music and lighting effects of the forest at night. Visit nearby Killiecrankie, where you can stroll through woodland and experience the wonderful scenery of The Pass and the Soldiers Leap. Amongst the many activities available, are mountain bike trails, white water rafting, walking, climbing, golf, fishing, and watersports on nearby Loch Faskally, with bungee jumping and zip line also available for the brave! For the less energetic, sit back and relax in this cosy lodge and watch the abundance of birdlife which can be seen in the garden.

Absolutely perfect in every way.Cosy and comfortable. Love the two 2 seater settees - one each! The bed is very comfortable too. Slept very well here.The owners have thought of everything. Plenty of table lamps, sockets including a charging socket, nest of coffee tables. All the things that make a difference to being settled and at home on holiday.So many little extras and a very good welcome pack. Even our dog was catered for in welcome treats (most important she said) plus a bed, towel and cosy fleecy blanket. Lovely enclosed garden and decent off road parking.There normally aren’t sufficient hooks in holiday cottages but here there are lots! We didn’t want for anything.I can’t think of a single negative thing to say! We’ve already booked again for next year.Thank you very much to the owners for letting us stay in Wee Ben.
