This pretty little cottage lies at the top of one of the longest glens in Scotland and is surrounded by the beautiful, tranquil landscape of the Perthshire countryside. With no boundaries between you and mother nature, you will find it very hard to tear yourself away from this stunning setting. Being able to explore so much of the natural beauty Perthshire is famous for right from your doorstep, why go anywhere else?
On the approach to the cottage, its whitewashed walls give it a striking first impression, enhanced and exaggerated by the colourful backdrop of the majestic hills all around. With so much of the Perthshire wilderness at the tip of your toes, guests are certain to be astounded by this idyllic and undisturbed location. This property is the perfect place for families and friends to escape to, to spend time getting back to nature and to appreciate some of the most beautiful natural landscapes of Perthshire.
Converted to reflect a modern-day design, the cottage is bright and fresh, aided by windows in most rooms with far reaching views. The lounge/dining area is spacious, light and homely with a lovely feature fireplace and woodburner. The kitchen has a warm and cottage style feel to it, offering guests the opportunity to cook with a traditional oil fired Aga. The contemporary family bathroom is on the ground floor with a shower over the bath and WC. Upstairs we have the two double bedrooms and the single bedroom.
Outside, the scenery is breathtaking with far-reaching, uninterrupted views from all around the property. The enclosed garden overlooks the river and Munros beyond, making it the perfect setting to socialise with family and friends with a bottle of wine whilst watching the sun go down.
