A delightful terraced farm cottage, The End Hoose is located on a working farm in a beautiful quiet location with views out over the fields, perfect to explore both the Scottish Borders and Northumberland..

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgates for top and bottom available on request. Small welcome pack. Rear enclosed, lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Lockable Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This is the ideal home away from home for a family or couple or small group of friends looking to explore and enjoy the plethora of activities and sites throughout the Scottish Borders and North Northumberland. The cosy cottage really is a place you will want to spend time with family and friends chatting about your day’s activities in this delightful corner of the Scottish Borders. In the evenings enjoy in sitting in the garden and looking at the dark starry skies, total bliss!

On the ground floor there are featured beam ceilings. The main living space is spacious and comfortable, with two large sofas a TV and DVD player with draw full of DVDs, electric wood burner and a cupboard full or books, jigsaws and board games. The kitchen will provide everything you’ll need to prepare and enjoy a hearty home cooked meal after your day’s exploring, plenty of room for four to sit round the table and a highchair provided. There are also many local pubs, award winning restaurants and take-a-ways within a short distant. A bathroom and separate shower room add a little practicality for those rushing around in the mornings. With a lockable bike store in the garden and easy wiped floors when entering the property it’s ok to have mucky boots here.

    A peaceful location to distress and enjoy country living. House was clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty to explore and lovely walking around the various towns and villages.

    We had a very relaxing stay at the end house. Amazing views . Very clean cottage comfortable beds. The Dark skies are amazing at night Lots of boarder towns to visit you need a car . Marianne is a lovely host . The farm and sheep are lovely too. 22/9/25 to 26/9/25
