Over in the Hawick Museum and Scott Gallery, you can wander around the exhibits detailing the town's history and marvel at the art, before taking a stroll through Wilton Lodge Park which rests on the banks of the River Teviot and providing 107-acres of grounds to roam. Within the town you can find a leisure centre, pubs, shops and a great selection of restaurants, from fine dining to cheap and cheerful.
