Had a fabulous 3 night rural stay at Auld Kirkhouse. The house definitely has the WOW factor. The accommodation has been beautifully renovated and furnished. There was a plentiful supply of crockery, glasses, utensils etc. Everything from cocktail sticks to cocktail shakers were supplied! The outside area was well equipped and included a hot tub and garden furniture which we used during our stay.We ate in the local pub/restaurant. Staff and local residents were very welcoming. We enjoyed our meals.Auld Kirkhouse was the perfect place to celebrate a special birthday with friends.

It is a stunning property and felt very luxurious. There was plenty of room for our group of 9 and the downstairs accommodation suited the elderly members of the family very well. We felt very welcome by the locals especially at the pub opposite. We enjoyed the log fire, the BBQ and the hot tub. I would highly recommend this property.
