Stayed for 10 nights in August. The cottage was very nicely laid out, very clean and with plenty of home comforts (dishwasher, coffee machine, air fryer etc). Lots of privacy, with great views. Arrived to find a nice welcome package of cake and biscuits waiting for us, and even treats for our pet cat that we brought with us which was a very nice touch (especially since many cottages that are advertised as pet friendly don't actually count cats in that bracket!).Nearby Hawick offered plenty of decent shopping locations. Would definitely return.

We loved staying at this cottage. The views were absolutely stunning, with horses in the field opposite adding tho the charm, and the surrounding countryside was beautiful. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and attentive and the welcome pack was a very nice touch. We would love to return.
